When we got our tree home, it needed the typical treatment. Cut off some limbs, shake the heck out of it, and stand it up straight in the base.
Then, we got down to business.

I did make the skirt. My mom had cut several of them out to use as Christmas presents one year and finally cleaned out the closet. So all I had to do was sew it all together. It’s pretty simple, just triangles sewn together with a rounded bottom. In fact, add a zipper in one side and it would make a cute skirt
